URBANIZATION IN INDUSTRIAL PARK

The urban design of the ICU Medical industrial park located in Ensenada, Baja California includes the design of roads, pedestrian circulation, horizontal and vertical signs, and desert landscaping.
EXTENSION AND REMODELING
August 24, 2020
The client contracted us to expand this house from 120 m2 to 195 m2 adding 2 rooms with a shared bathroom and a small study, the entire expansion is carried out on a 3rd level. This was a turnkey project.
HOUSE ROOM
July 03, 2020
Design of expansion of a house in the city of Pachuca, state of Hidalgo. The extension of this 200 m2 house includes a guest room with a bathroom and the creation of a Roof Garden on the roof area. In total 45m2 of construction are increased.
MEETING CENTER
June 9 2021
Design of a meetinghouse for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the rural community called Lagunas in the south of the state of Oaxaca. The building that includes conference room, classrooms and offices was designed to house a capacity of 60 parishioners.

EXTENSION MEETING CENTER
January 25, 2025
The meetinghouse of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was originally able to accommodate a congregation of parishioners of around 300 people. The proposed design increases the capacity of the building to receive up to 420 people. The modifications include the auditorium, classrooms, health centers, offices, parking lot and green areas. One of the biggest challenges in these types of projects is trying to match the finishes of the modified areas to the unmodified areas of the existing building.
HOUSE DESIGN BEDROOM
September 10, 2021
Elaboration of the executive project for the Remodeling and expansion of a house in the Venustiano Carranza mayor's office in Mexico City. The project has 225 m2 on 3 levels. The lighting and ventilation of the original house came exclusively from the dated windows, so we had to create a ventilation and lighting cube in which we also took the opportunity to install a new staircase to connect the 3 levels.
